These terms apply to the use of Door24 (door24homes.com), operated by Emir Ilkerli, Sattelmacherstraße 6, 21682 Stade, Germany (“we”). Contact: hello@door24homes.com.

1. What Door24 is

Door24 is a platform where estate agencies, private owners, investment advisers and creators present themselves and their homes to buyers and tenants worldwide. We are not an estate agent, not a party to any purchase or rental, and not a financial, legal or tax adviser. Market figures, cost estimates and mortgage examples on the site are estimates for orientation only; decide with a local professional.

2. Accounts

Agency, adviser, creator and partner accounts are for businesses; private seller and buyer accounts are also for consumers. Give correct details, keep your password to yourself and confirm your email address. One account per person or business.

3. Listings and content

You are responsible for what you publish. Listings must describe real homes that are actually available, with honest prices and details, and you must have the right to use every photo and text. Do not publish anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory. You allow us to show, translate and format your content on Door24 and to show it in our own promotion of Door24, as long as your account exists. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, after a report or on our own initiative, and will tell you why.

4. Paid plans and passes

• The price, currency and period are shown before you pay. Prices are final; as a small business (§ 19 UStG) we do not charge VAT. Payment is through Stripe.
• Subscriptions (agency, adviser and creator plans) renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard; the plan then runs until the end of the period already paid, with no further charge.
• Money-back week: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, all plan payments so far are refunded in full and the plan ends at once. Adverts booked for after that day are refunded too.
• Private seller passes are a single payment for a fixed number of days for one home. The pass starts when it is paid, at your request.
• Academy courses are a single payment for lasting access to the course.
• Adverts are paid when booked. You can cancel free of charge until the day before the advert starts and get the full amount back; an advert that has started cannot be refunded. Adverts are shown only while your plan is active and the home is public.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract with us within 14 days of concluding it without giving reasons, by a clear statement to Emir Ilkerli, Sattelmacherstraße 6, 21682 Stade, Germany, email hello@door24homes.com. We refund all payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment. If you asked for a service (such as a seller pass) to start during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the part already provided; within the money-back week we refund in full anyway. For digital content such as a course, the right of withdrawal ends once access has begun, if you expressly agreed to the immediate start and confirmed that you knew you would lose the right of withdrawal.

6. Refer and earn

If someone signs up through your personal link and pays, you earn 20 % of their first payment. Earnings are held for 30 days and lapse if the payment is refunded. We pay out by hand once your total reaches USD 50 or the equivalent, to the payout details you give us. You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.

7. Availability

We work to keep Door24 available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance and events beyond our control can interrupt it.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes the contract possible and on which you may rely), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. We are not liable for listings and other content published by users, nor for transactions between users.

9. Ending the contract

You can close your account at any time under Settings. We can end a contract with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for good cause (for example fake listings, fraud, or repeated serious breaches of section 3). If we end a paid plan without a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the period paid.

10. Changes to these terms

We will tell account holders about changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; otherwise the new terms apply from that date.

11. Law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory rules of the country where they live. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Stade, Germany.

12. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
